How Do You Join? |
Getting enrolled in the Cleos Salon Club Card Rewards Program is really easy.
3 step process
|

No forms to fill. Just a few details at the time of the first billing when you avail of the services at any of our salons. You automatically get enrolled for the Club Card Rewards Program. It’s that simple. |
|
You will be given a 6 digit customer ID and the Club Card which needs to be brought to the salon for every visit. |
|
Points start once you have accrued Rs.500/- or spend your first Rs.500 at the first visit.

The Club Card Rewards Program |
This is how the Rewards program works.
After joining with the minimum billing of Rs.500/- you earn 1 point. (This can even be an accrual of smaller spends which can get accumulated)
As you make more visits and spend on the services, the amount spent gets accumulated and once you reach the specific category of aggregated spend as shown in the first column in the table below, you will be given a voucher.
Every Rs. 500/- spent gains 1 point (this need not be a one –time spend. It can also be a gross of smaller spends totaling Rs.500/ which will then earn the 1 point)
If you spend more than Rs. 500 at a single visit, the extra amount spent will accumulate to earn you the points as you make more visits and accrue the next Rs. 500 and so on. |

At each time of billing, remember to always give your 6 digit ID no. or your mobile number (which you provided at the time of the issue of the club card.)
It is mandatory that you ask for a bill at each visit to the salon or else the points will not accrue, if not billed.
We suggest that you keep a track of the points that you earn, which you can request the billing assistant.
The Club Rewards Program is only for services and privileges and not for the products that are sold.

The rewards program Club card cannot be exchangeable /clubbed with another club card of Cleos. |
|
The voucher needs to be redeemed within 3 months of the date of issue. |
|
The card is valid for a year from the date of issue. |
|
The card is not exchangeable for cash. |
|
The free package for redeeming the voucher can be done only from Monday to Thursday between 9.00 am and 5 p.m. on prior appointments. |
|
The privileges and services offered for the Rewards program are subject to availability of the privilege or service at the time when these are requested for redemption. |
|
Cleos reserves the right to alter the reward point calculation, milestones, type of reward, membership categories and all other aspects of the program at its own discretion without provision of reason whatsoever. |
|
Cleos reserves the right to offer an alternative reward, where there is non-availability of the choice made by the redeeming member. |
|
The Club Card Rewards Program is for individuals only. |
|
The Salon reserves the right to discontinue this offer without any prior notice. |
|
The redemption of the vouchers will only be against the various services other than clinical services and retail products. |
|
If the card is lost, the member will have to go through the process of applying for a duplicate card. |
|
Any dispute arising will fall in the jurisdiction of Bangalore only. |
