What are the requirements that you will need to be a partner?

	Of course, first in foremost , a prospective partner should have a genuinely keen interest in this line of business.
	Investment capacity and willingness to invest the requisite amount to start the business.
	The space requirement will be approximately 750 – 1000 sq ft to run a Cleos salon in prime locations.
	Investment will have to be in staff, furniture and fittings, the products to be used amongst others.
	Once the franchisee agreement is signed, you will be expected to follow all the guidelines, operating procedures shared by Cleos Salon and honour the commitments made.
	Cleos of course reserves the right to choose the franchise partner.

What will be the support for setting up?

Cleos will extend its expertise in providing the support required to get started and will continue with ongoing support. We are interested to see your business become successful and thrive.

The Salon

To get started, you could show us the chosen place for our review. This will need to be in a strategically located area with easy access for clientele. We will suggest our architect to do the design layout for the salon. The interiors can be done by you as per our guidelines.

Staff recruitment and training

To run a successful business, you need the right staff to cater to clients. They should be passionate about the work and have the right demeanour. Our success has been in the kind of professional and personalized service that our staff gives to customers and this has ensured repeat customers and their recommendations as brand ambassadors which have led to our growth.

We will guide you on the kind of staff to be hired and final selection will be by the Cleos management.

For effective and efficient service, training is of paramount importance to ensure that clients are given the best service. We will conduct training for the selected staff on the product usage, skills, new treatment/products, client handling, centre operations, maintenance of hygiene etc.

Equipment

As part of the standardization in our franchisees, we provide the list of equipment that you will need for the salon as well as the preferred vendors list from whom these can be ordered.

Marketing and Commercial Support

Cleos will support you with publicity at a reasonable cost.
We have a customized salon billing software which we shall be providing, and is easy to use. Training will be given on how to use this.

Quality Control

Since we are in the hair, skin and beauty line, maintaining high quality standards is extremely important and we expect them to be maintained. Our management will visit your salon periodically to ensure this.

How does the partnership work?

By now you would have realized that this is a good business opportunity to consider. The investment you will need to put in is essentially about four components.

Franchising fees – There is a one time franchise fee that needs to be paid upfront along with the signed agreement. This will be calculated based on the business potential of the salon location and expected clientele.

Salon Construction and Equipment – Cleos will assist in the architectural layout but the construction will have to be organised by you.

Service Fees - We will charge service fees based on the business generated each year. The percentage share is shown in the table below for your easy understanding.
